Nick has appeared on local Kent radio stations and a number of podcasts where he offers his insights into the mortgage and property sectors. Nick is keen to continue this whilst also working within client-focused events and mortgage surgeries to spread the importance of taking advice when undertaking a mortgage.
As a busy father to two energetic young sons Nick understands how difficult it can be fitting appointments around family and work commitments. Therefore he is happy to meet at weekends or in the evenings after clients have finished work and can travel to wherever suits them.

Phil joins the team at Prospect Tree Mortgages as a Case Manager, after gaining 13 years’ experience in Motor Finance and Compliance, bringing with him a host of transferable skills. He is relishing the opportunity to learn this area of Financial Services, build his career by undertaking his mortgage broker qualifications and learn from our experienced team. He will be assisting clients, solicitors and our in-house team of brokers to deliver the standards we expect.
Having completed the ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk & Compliance in 2015 Phil has a good understanding of the regulatory environment in which we operate and is used to assessing customers’ requirements to deliver positive outcomes.

Philippa is an integral part of Prospect Tree Mortgages, making sure the day to day of the office runs smoothly and efficiently. She plays a primary role in ensuring that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the company.
Helped by her extensive experience in banking Philippa works directly with our broker team as well as supporting the Operations Manager, Philippa utilises her outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to make sure nothing gets missed and clients are kept up to date with their mortgage progression right up until completion.
Working with, and devising systems and processes is something Philippa does daily, helped by her detail orientated and analytical approach.
Graeme is an expert Mortgage and Protection Broker as well as being Prospect Tree Mortgages’ resident Equity Release Specialist. Graeme is a member of The Equity Release Council which exists to promote high standards of practice and conduct in the provision of and advice on equity release which have consumer safeguards at its heart.
Graeme has previously worked in Retail Management. He is client focused and through his access to the whole marketplace, for both Mortgages and Insurance, is perfectly placed to find the right solution for his clients.

Ian is a mortgage advisor in Kent and also offers protection advise where he specialises in advising personal and business clients.
He has previously worked for NatWest in a number of different client facing roles, with the last 11 years spent as a Senior Business Financial Planning Manager advising business owners in the SME market.
Ian joined the team at Prospect Tree Mortgages in 2012 and provides both business and personal clients with bespoke advice, sourcing appropriate products to meet their individual needs.
Ian says that “outside of work I am married to Debbie and have 3 daughters. If I am not walking the dogs or spending time with my family, I will be out with friends tearing down trails on my mountain bike or out on my road bike taking part in “non competitive” sporting events.”
Matthew is an experienced Mortgage Broker, having worked within a national financial services company prior to joining the Prospect Tree team.
Client outcomes are most important to Matthew, making sure his clients are informed and comfortable with the process and products before proceeding with applications.

Fred has joined the Prospect Tree team as a Case Manager, having previously worked as a Senior Delivery Consultant for a global renewable energy recruitment agency for four years. Fred brings with him a wealth of experience and skills, particularly in case management and client communication and progression.
Working primarily at our Smeeth office Fred has already become an integral part of our process. Fred keeps all our clients up to date with their mortgage progression as well as checking in with the solicitors and lenders to make sure everything is running smoothly. For all your case updates or progression questions Fred is on hand to help. Fred has begun his qualifications to become a Mortgage Broker and will be continuing his studies whilst supporting the rest of the team.
Louis has worked in the property sector as an Estate Agent and Mortgage Broker for the past 8 years. Having spent the last 2 as a Partner for one of the UK's largest independent Estate Agency firms he is now looking to build on his creative side and utilise his knowledge of financial services and the buying process to add value to Prospect Tree's clients and potential new clients through marketing.
After early success in his career Louis trained staff across the South East for the regions largest independent Estate Agency firm and is now looking forward to helping Prospect Tree's clients by imparting his valuable knowledge by developing comprehensive guides to help them with their property goals and aspirations.
Having been within the industry for so long and working directly with his clients, Louis understands very well the stresses and strains that often come with purchasing property and applying for mortgages.
